A key element in the quest for perfection, Capitol’s finishing processes are of the highest quality. Zinc alloys do not require a surface coating in many engineering applications but if a finished product is what is specified we have the in-house capability to provide many of the standard industry finishes. Capitol Industries inc. produces many millions of chrome, brass. nickel, copper, zinc chromate, antiques, olive drab, yellow chromates and powder coating parts per year.

Electroplating
One of the many advantages of zinc casting is that parts can be easily electroplated in various finishes. Our customers can chose from either our rack process to achieve an optimal plated finish or our automated barrel line with its bulk processing capability giving cost advantages.

Capitol produces many millions of chrome, brass, nickel, copper, antique, olive drab, zinc plating & various color trivalent chromate parts. We offer both rack and barrel plating.
