We are monitoring processes to ensure they are effective and checking output for defects, with appropriate and corrective action where necessary. We regularly review individual processes and the quality system itself for effectiveness facilitating continual improvement.
Sample Submission
1) We can take a drawing and turn it into a piece of jewelry that will
enhance any piece of furniture
2) Our master carvers will sculpt a pattern using either
clay or plastic
3) Samples are produced using the pattern
4) The finished product to be used in production
